Dog Clothes For Humans - Our Story

At DogClothesForHumans, we create apparel that does more than make you smile—it makes a tangible difference. Founded in 2025, our brand was born from a simple realization: the messages, humor, and deep love we feel for our dogs didn’t exist anywhere in the clothing world. We wanted apparel that captured the heart of what it means to truly understand and live alongside dogs—and we wanted that apparel to matter.

That’s why 60% of every purchase goes directly to Canine Conscious Sanctuary, our Nonprofit dedicated to providing decompression, rehabilitation, and long-term care to dogs who need a second chance.

Our Founders: Randy, Hannah & Miranda

Randy:

Randy brings over a decade of dog training, behavior expertise, and hands-on rehabilitation experience. He has worked with hundreds—close to a thousand—dogs through his unique mobile training program, always driven by a passion to understand dogs deeply and help them succeed in a human world.

That passion began with Blueseph, Randy’s own dog—the first dog he ever trained, who taught him everything about communication, patience, and unconditional love. Blueseph changed the direction of his life and inspired everything Randy does today.

Randy’s devotion ran so deep that he rode his bicycle from Canada to California with his three dogs—Blueseph, Pantera, and Frankie—committed to building a life centered around canine well-being. Today, he leads the sanctuary’s rehabilitation programs, bringing expertise, intuition, and an unwavering love for every dog who comes through the gate.

Hannah:

Hannah grew up loving animals—especially her childhood rescue dog, Trixie—but didn’t fully fall in love with dogs until meeting Randy and witnessing firsthand what harmonious, emotionally intelligent dog-human relationships can look like.

As the head of graphic design, Hannah transforms the heart of their mission into wearable pieces that are playful, cheeky, and purpose-driven. She grounds Randy’s big ideas with thoughtful detail and can match his energy when needed, helping bring the brand’s vision to life.

Miranda:

Miranda was vital in making DogClothesForHumans a reality. As co-founder with Randy, she sat down with him to map out the details of the business and translate bold ideas into a structured, sustainable LLC. With her expertise in brand building, business strategy, and operational planning, Miranda has been actively involved in shaping the brand and guiding its growth. Her vision, presence, and strategic input have been indispensable to everything DogClothesForHumans has achieved.

Why We Created DogClothesForHumans

After years of encountering dogs in need—overwhelmed, misunderstood, or without a safe place—Randy and Hannah dreamed of a sanctuary where every dog could heal, decompress, and regain confidence. DogClothesForHumans became the engine that makes that dream possible. Every purchase supports programs, care, and enrichment for dogs who need a second chance.
